What it does

The server returns data only and never writes the finished post copy, that stays with the agent. find_trends collects rising topics for a niche across YouTube, Hacker News, Reddit, Product Hunt and Wordstat; keyword_demand gives Wordstat frequency and related queries in Russian; serp_overview shows who ranks in Yandex search for a query; audience_signals surfaces real audience phrasing and pain points; optimize_brief returns keywords, audience questions, competing angles and hook/hashtag candidates for a specific platform in one call, respecting that platform's character limits. A missing provider key just skips that source with a status note while the rest keep working.

Who it is for. For SMM specialists and marketers who want to base posts on demand and audience data instead of guessing.

Good fit when

You need rising topics for a niche before a series of posts
You want to check whether a post will match relevant search queries
You need a ready brief for a specific platform with keywords and hooks

Not a fit when

You want a tool that writes and publishes the post itself

Limitations

Some sources (YouTube Data API, Yandex Cloud Search API, GitHub, Product Hunt, Reddit) need their own free keys; without them that data simply doesn't come through. Builds from source only: git clone, npm install, npm run build. The package is not published to npm.

How to disable. Remove the smm-radar entry from your MCP client config, e.g. claude mcp remove smm-radar.
