What it does
The project gathers business-function skills into a company structure: a chief sits above the departments, which cover strategy, finance, marketing, product, sales, security, legal, IT, people and more. Each department is a separate plugin, so a project loads only the functions it needs rather than all of them at once. Skills engage on their own when a request falls in their territory, or can be invoked by a department:skill name. Reviewer-class departments such as security and legal can stop the work rather than just add an opinion. The same skills run in Claude Code and in ChatGPT or Codex; only the manifests differ. Skills cite the standards and sources that settle the question.
Who it is for. For founders, product and project managers who need cross-functional company expertise inside an agent.

The skills provide methodology and advice with references to standards; they do not perform external actions. Each department installs as its own plugin, so coverage depends on what you added. Some technology and security skills work with project code and files. Verify the conclusions against the cited sources; responsibility for decisions stays with the user.
How to disable. Remove the installed department plugins via /plugin and, if needed, detach the headcount marketplace.
