What it does
Loop Library has two parts: an open web catalog of ready agent loops and an installable Loopy skill. The skill walks the agent through finding a fitting loop in the catalog, auditing and repairing it, crafting a new one, running it, debriefing the outcome and publishing. Loops are repeatable workflows with defined steps and prompts for a specific task. The skill relies on stage references: discover, audit, run, debrief and publish, so the agent selects and adapts a loop rather than assembling the process from scratch each time.
Who it is for. For people who want to give the agent repeatable tasks via proven loops rather than re-describing the process every time.

Loopy is a methodology skill: it helps find, adapt and design loops, but the actions and their outcome depend on your task and agent. The loop catalog lives on the website, and the skill installs separately. Loop quality is verified on your own data.
