bitrix24-create-app
A CLI that scaffolds a new Bitrix24 app from ready Angular or Vue templates paired with the author's own API libraries
Low risk
We rate an entry low when it mostly gives the agent instructions and reference material.
Why this level
- Only creates local project files and does not talk to a Bitrix24 portal
- Pulls in third-party libraries from the same author; worth reviewing their code before production use
Install
In your terminal, with SkillFoxx CLI
npx skillfoxx add cli/bitrix24-create-appDetects the agents on your machine, checks the risk and pins the version.
Other ways to install
Install the tool
npm install -g bitrix24-create-appRun npx bitrix24-create-app@latest, pick the ng-template or vue-template option interactively, then cd into the created folder and run git init.
Other ways from the author
npx bitrix24-create-app@latestStarts the interactive template picker and creates the project in a new folder.
This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.
What it does
Running npx bitrix24-create-app@latest starts an interactive project setup and copies one of two templates: ng-template on Angular 19, RxJS, TypeScript and SCSS with the bitrix24-library package, or vue-template on Vue 3.5, Pinia, TypeScript and SCSS with vue-bitrix24 plus the same bitrix24-library. Both templates ship a ready structure for a Bitrix24 app with typings for the portal's REST API already wired in, not a bare framework scaffold.
Who it is for. For frontend developers starting a new Bitrix24 app who do not want to set up REST API typings from scratch.
Good fit when
- You are starting a new Bitrix24 app on Angular or Vue and want a ready project structure
- You want typed portal REST API methods out of the box
- You are fine with the template's specific stack: Angular 19 with RxJS, or Vue 3.5 with Pinia
Not a fit when
- Your project is not on Angular or Vue: no other templates exist
- You need active support: the repository is archived and the author is not developing the generator further
- You want a bare framework template without a tie-in to the specific bitrix24-library and vue-bitrix24 packages
Example request
Scaffold a new Bitrix24 app project on Vue using the vue-templateLimitations
The repository is archived on GitHub, so no new versions or templates should be expected, though the npm package still installs. Only two templates exist, Angular and Vue, with nothing for React or vanilla JS. Both templates pull in the author's own bitrix24-library and vue-bitrix24 packages.
How to disable. Nothing installs permanently: npx runs the package once and does not leave it on your system.
Security check
- Only creates local project files and does not talk to a Bitrix24 portal
- Pulls in third-party libraries from the same author; worth reviewing their code before production use
README in short
The README is short: it describes the tool as a CLI for scaffolding a project from custom templates, lists ng-template and vue-template with each one's stack, and gives the npx bitrix24-create-app@latest command followed by git init. Details for each template live in their own README files under templates/.
FAQ
Is the project still maintained?
The repository is archived, but the published npm package still installs and works.
Which Bitrix24 API libraries come bundled?
ng-template uses bitrix24-library, and vue-template uses vue-bitrix24 plus bitrix24-library, both by the same author.
