What the operator does with the data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to the parties listed below, anonymization, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated, using computer equipment.
Who processes the data on behalf of the operator
- YANDEX LLC, 16 Lva Tolstogo St., Moscow, 119021: sending service emails through Yandex 360, Yandex ID sign-in.
- YooMoney NCO LLC (YooKassa), 82 Sadovnicheskaya St., bld. 2, Moscow, 115035: accepting payments for SkillFoxx API, receives the email address for the receipt.
- Timeweb Cloud hosting provider: hosting the site and the database.
Term and withdrawal
- For an account, consent lasts while the account exists. You can delete the account in settings, and the consent is then considered withdrawn.
- For messages and submissions, consent lasts 1 year after the reply or the decision on the submission.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@skillfoxx.ru. The operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 30 days unless the law gives another ground for processing.
