This is not something you install into an agent. To self-host the bot: clone the repo, run uv sync, fill .env with a TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN from BotFather, ADS_API_USER and ADS_API_TOKEN from ads-api.ru, and an LLM_API_KEY for Claude, then run it with the radar command (the pyproject.toml entry point).

What it does
This is not an MCP server or a skill, but a standalone application, a Telegram bot, that itself uses Claude through Pydantic AI inside its own logic. The bot takes a free-form Russian query like a two-room rental in Mashgorodok under 30k, resolves the Miass district through OpenStreetMap geocoding, searches listings via the ads-api.ru aggregator (Avito, Cian, Yandex.Realty, SOB, Yula, Moya Reklama), dedupes across sources by price, room count, coordinates and the start of the description, checks listings for authenticity with LLM validation (realtors posing as private sellers, price bait, templated fakes), and returns the top 10 listings from the last 14 days with inline cards, photo paging and pagination.

It only works for Miass; OSM district geocoding is specifically tuned to this city. It needs paid or trial ads-api.ru keys (14 days free on the test tier with a request rate limit) and access to an Anthropic-compatible proxy for Claude Sonnet. This is a standalone service, not an AI agent extension: there is no need or reason to install it into Claude Code, Cursor or another agent.
How to disable. Stop the bot process and revoke the token with @BotFather in Telegram if the bot is no longer needed.
