What it does
SkillCorpus is open infrastructure that collects `SKILL.md` files from public repositories, applies security and license checks, evaluates quality and matches skills to a task. The live SkillHub product from EverMind (evermind.ai) is separate, and only the open pipeline is here. Installation: `git clone https://github.com/EverMind-AI/SkillCorpus.git skillcorpus`, then `pip install -e .`. Some scenarios need a model key. Version 0.4.0 from 17.09.2026, Apache-2.0 license.
Who it is for. For researchers and developers who build a skill corpus, evaluate skills and match them to agent tasks.
Good fit when
- You need to build a skill corpus from public repositories
- You need security and license checks of skills
- You need to match skills to a task
Not a fit when
- You need a ready service with search: the live product is separate
- You have no model key: some scenarios do not work
Example request
Build a skill corpus on the DevOps topic, filter by license and show the five best by scoreLimitations
This is the open part of the pipeline and not a ready service: the live SkillHub product is separate. Some scenarios need a model key and spend tokens. Collected skills pass security and license checks but check them yourself. Access is extended: the pipeline goes over the network and writes files.
How to disable. Delete the repository clone and the Python environment and revoke the model key where it was issued.
