What it does
On first run the server locates the installed 1C 8.3.x or 8.5.x version, extracts the shcntx_ru.hbk reference file, unpacks it with 7z (about 52000 files), parses the HTML and builds a roughly 24 MB JSON index. After that it runs off the ready index and starts in seconds. An agent gets four tools: searching functions and methods by name in Russian or English, getting detailed info on a function, prefix-based completion, and validating a function call's syntax. A separate 1cskills skill for OpenCode ships alongside it, with rules on compilation directives, module regions, the query language and project structure, activated on .bsl and .os files.
Who it is for. For 1C developers in OpenCode who need syntax validation and function reference lookups without manually digging through documentation.
Good fit when
- You need fast lookup of 1C platform functions by their Russian or English name
- You want an agent to validate a function call's syntax before inserting code
- You work in OpenCode and are ready to install the local 1cskills skill
Not a fit when
- The 1C 8.3.x or 8.5.x platform is not installed on the machine: the server cannot find the reference file
- The 7z archiver is unavailable and cannot be installed

The first run takes 1-2 minutes to unpack and index, and 7z must be installed and in PATH. The server looks for the 1C platform in a fixed list of standard paths, so a nonstandard install may need manual intervention. The README states directly that the whole project was created with OpenCode.
How to disable. Remove the 1c-syntax block from opencode.jsonc and, optionally, the 1c-syntax-mcp folder with the syntax_tree.json index.

No, the server finds and unpacks shcntx_ru.hbk from the installed platform on first run by itself.
