What it does
The Node.js server connects Claude, Cursor and other assistants to amoCRM and the international Kommo with a long-lived token. There are twelve tools with the `crm_` prefix. `crm_account`, `crm_search_leads`, `crm_get_lead`, `crm_find_contact` and `crm_tasks` read: deal search by text, pipeline, stage, manager and period, a deal card with contact phones and open tasks, and contact search by name, phone or email. Manager analytics comes from `crm_pipeline_report` and `crm_stale_leads`. The first builds a pipeline report: stages, won and lost, conversion, average check, deal cycle and manager ranking. The second finds deals unchanged for N days, with no task or with an overdue task. There are five writing tools, marked with a pencil in the README: `crm_create_lead`, `crm_update_lead`, `crm_add_note`, `crm_create_task` and `crm_complete_task`. The assistant shows what it will write and waits for consent. The server keeps to the amoCRM limit of 7 requests per second and retries on a 429 answer.
Who it is for. Heads of sales on amoCRM or Kommo who assemble the pipeline by hand and hunt for forgotten deals and managers overdue tasks.
Good fit when
- September results: how many deals were won and which manager has the best conversion
- A list of deals frozen for a week is assembled for the planning meeting, with the amount stuck in them
- On an incoming call the client is found by number and their open deals show at once
- A new "Website for a cafe" deal for 90,000 with contact Ivan is created with a phrase and a task is set for tomorrow at 11
Not a fit when
- The token is long-lived and opens all account data: it cannot be limited by entity
- A report covers more than 10,000 deals in a period: the pipeline report counts up to that limit
- The task goes beyond deals, contacts, companies and tasks, for example invoices and products

Environment variables

Limitations
Node.js 18 and a long-lived token are required: in amoCRM it is created through "amoМаркет", "Create integration", "External integration" with access to all data, then the "Keys and access" tab. The account domain comes from the address bar, for example `mycompany.amocrm.ru` or `mycompany.kommo.com`.
The amoCRM limit is 7 requests per second and the server keeps the interval itself. The pipeline report counts up to 10,000 deals per period, the `max_leads` parameter. Tests `npm test` run on an API v4 mock, so no real account is needed. Cloud access with a ready address and key is sold by the author as a subscription through Telegram.
How to disable. Remove the server with `claude mcp remove amocrm` and revoke the long-lived token in the amoCRM "External integration".

Does the server work with Kommo?
Yes. The domain is set with the `AMOCRM_DOMAIN` variable, for example `mycompany.kommo.com`, and other settings match amoCRM.
What does the pipeline report show?
Stages, the number of won and lost deals, conversion, average check and cycle, and a manager ranking. The limit is 10,000 deals per period.
Which tools change data?
`crm_create_lead`, `crm_update_lead`, `crm_add_note`, `crm_create_task` and `crm_complete_task`. The assistant shows what it will write and waits for consent.
Is there a hosted version with no installation?
Yes, the author issues an address and key for a remote MCP by subscription, reachable in Telegram. Deploying such a server is described in `docs/cloud.md`.
