What it does
AnySearch connects an agent to internet search over MCP. It answers open-ended queries, runs structured vertical search across finance, academic, security, legal and code, executes several independent queries in one call, and extracts full page content by URL as markdown. The server is remote and connects over HTTP. It works without a key at lower rate limits, and a key raises them. A key can be registered by email in a single request.

Search runs through the remote AnySearch service, and limits are lower without a key. Limit values are account-specific and should not be treated as fixed. Accuracy and coverage depend on the service's sources.
How to disable. Remove the anysearch entry from your MCP client config, or drop it with claude mcp remove anysearch.
