There is nothing yet to connect to an agent: no MCP server exists in the repository, the README is incomplete, and requirements.txt is missing. Running the web page manually requires FastAPI and uvicorn installed separately.
This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.
What it does
The project spins up a local FastAPI web server with a candlestick chart page. When quotes are requested for a symbol, the code tries to call a separate MCP server at a local address using a finam.market.candles tool, but that server does not exist in this repository. If the call fails, the page shows randomly generated fake candles instead of real Finam data, just so the chart is not empty. There is no MCP server of its own, no agent-facing tools, and nothing installable as MCP yet in the project; it is only groundwork for the future, as the repository's own description states.
Who it is for. Not yet useful for anyone as a finished tool: it is the author's personal draft, interesting only as a hint of a future direction.

The MCP server for real Finam data is not implemented and is not part of the project; without it the chart fills with random numbers instead of real quotes. There is no license in the repository.
