What it does

Given one INN, the skill first runs a two-minute quick-scan for deal-killer signals only (liquidation, bankruptcy, false EGRUL data, a disqualified director, debts larger than the deal), and stops there if it finds a red flag. If it's clean, it builds a full dossier through a cascade of sources: first free FNS scripts with no keys (EGRUL, Transparent Business, the financial statements registry, the SME registry, self-employment status), then bailiffs and courts via browser or aggregators like checko, list-org, SBIS, audit-it, rusprofile, with manual entry only as a last resort. The author ran a live test: across five free aggregators, the court case count for the same company differed by nearly threefold, so the skill treats a fact as what at least three sources agree on, flagging any discrepancy instead of picking the nicest number. Separately, it has financial scoring computed in code (not by the model) from the official financial statements registry, an offline check against Rosfinmonitoring, OFAC and EU sanctions lists, an affiliate graph and business-splitting indicators per FNS methodology, industry benchmarks across 5,480 industry-region-size groups, batch checking of a counterparty list, scheduled change monitoring, and a retroactive verdict for a past date to support a due-diligence defense. Every figure is tagged with its source, date and a confidence marker, and where data is missing the skill honestly says "not verified" instead of a plausible guess.

Who it is for. For small business owners, finance staff and lawyers who want open registries distilled into one clear verdict before shipping on credit, prepaying or signing a contract.

Limitations

The official FSSP bailiff API has been closed since March 2022, so debts and proceedings are collected via browser or aggregators rather than directly. The affiliate graph speeds up with a free checko key but can be built manually via browser without one. Some open FNS data dumps don't cover everyone: headcount data exists for only 52% of companies, which the skill states right next to the figure. The retroactive verdict only works if a snapshot was saved in advance; if no snapshot exists for the requested date, the skill honestly declines rather than fabricating history.

How to disable. In Claude Code run claude plugin uninstall inn-check-ru, or otherwise delete the skill folder from your agent's skills directory (e.g. .agents/skills/inn-check-ru).

Security check

• Only reads open registries and generates a report, no payments or changes to third-party systems
• TLS verification is on by default and cannot be disabled by the skill's code

# inn-check-ru — проверка контрагента по ИНН

Помогает оценить риск работы с контрагентом по открытым данным. Не является юридической или кредитной гарантией. Финальное решение — за собственником.

Отгрузить в долг, внести предоплату, подписать договор на год — и через месяц узнать, что контрагент в банкротстве, а директор дисквалифицирован. Самое обидное: все это было открыто еще до сделки — в ЕГРЮЛ, ФССП, картотеке арбитража, ЕФРСБ. Просто никто не свел это в одну картину за те пять минут, что есть у собственника.
