What it does
The server gives an agent direct access to a Bitrix24 portal through an inbound webhook, with no cloud intermediary: a single file, all requests originate from your machine. Beyond basic task operations it ships ready analytics tools: kanban-stage project briefs, stale-task search, an overload report for assignees, and a multi-project summary for a date range. A separate group of tools covers the Bitrix24 messenger (chats, threads, sending files) and both knowledge base versions, the old Landing-based one and the new note.* one (REST 3.0). A universal bitrix_call tool lets you invoke any REST API method directly.
Who it is for. For Bitrix24 project teams that need not just basic task operations but also kanban and workload analytics.
Good fit when
- You need a weekly report across several projects at once
- You need to find stale tasks on a kanban stage or overloaded assignees
- You need access to both Bitrix24 knowledge base versions and to messenger chats
Not a fit when
- You need CRM work (leads, deals, contacts): it is not in the tool list, only the universal bitrix_call as a workaround
- You need a hosted remote server rather than your own webhook and a local process

There are no direct CRM tools, only access through the universal bitrix_call with an arbitrary method. Some messenger features (threads) rely on undocumented im.v2.* methods that are not published in the webhook's REST manifest and could stop working without notice. The webhook grants full portal access under the rights of the user who created it.
How to disable. Remove the bitrix24-local entry from mcpServers in your Claude Code or Cursor settings and deactivate the webhook in Bitrix24.

Does it work with CRM deals?
There are no dedicated tools, but you can call them through the universal bitrix_call with a crm.deal.* method.
Does it need a cloud intermediary?
No, the server is local: requests go straight from your machine to Bitrix24 over the webhook.
