Yandex Tracker and Yandex Wiki MCP servers
MCP Framework и MCP Серверы
A monorepo of MCP servers for the Yandex Tracker API v2/v3 and Yandex Wiki on a shared framework, with an interactive connect CLI and .mcpb bundles
Medium risk
We rate an entry medium when the tool runs code, makes network calls or reads project files. Check what exactly it does before installing.
Why this level
- Can create and change Tracker issues and Wiki pages depending on the OAuth token's scope
- The CLI connector automatically edits the agent's config files
Install
Manual install
npm install -g @fractalizer/mcp-server-yandex-trackerGlobal install of the Tracker server; for Wiki use the @fractalizer/mcp-server-yandex-wiki package.
This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.
What it does
The repository provides two ready MCP servers built on a shared internal framework with an HTTP client, caching, logging and a type system. The Yandex Tracker server covers API versions v2 and v3, and the Yandex Wiki server works with the Yandex Wiki API. Both have an interactive CLI (mcp-tracker-connect, mcp-wiki-connect) that walks through setup and adds the server to the chosen client's config itself: Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or Qwen. For Claude Desktop there are ready .mcpb bundles that install directly with no npm or command line. Development runs with CI, release management via release-please and secret-leak scanning via gitleaks.
Who it is for. For teams using both Yandex Tracker and Yandex Wiki who want a single, well-maintained integration for both services.
Good fit when
- You want both Tracker and Wiki from one developer with shared infrastructure
- You want interactive CLI setup that writes the client config for you
- You want a one-click .mcpb install for Claude Desktop with no terminal
Not a fit when
- You need only Tracker or only Wiki and do not want the shared monorepo framework
- You need the MCPB format for a client other than Claude Desktop: only that one is supported so far
Example request
Find unassigned issues in the DEV queue and create a Wiki page with a summaryLimitations
The license is PolyForm Shield, not MIT: it permits use but forbids building a competing commercial product on the code, worth noting for companies. You need your own Yandex OAuth token and organization id for each service. MCPB bundles work only in Claude Desktop; other clients need an npm install and the interactive CLI connector.
How to disable. Remove the extension in Claude Desktop via Settings → Extensions, or run npm uninstall -g for the package and remove the server from your MCP client config.

README in short
The README describes a monorepo with two MCP servers (Yandex Tracker API v2/v3, Yandex Wiki) on a shared three-package framework: infrastructure, cli, core. It shows two install paths, an MCPB bundle for Claude Desktop and npm with an interactive CLI connector for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and Qwen, a table of the monorepo's packages, the framework's dependency graph, and contributor instructions. License is PolyForm Shield.
FAQ
Do I have to write the MCP client config by hand?
No, the interactive CLI connector detects the client and adds the server to the config itself.
What format is available for Claude Desktop without npm?
The .mcpb format, with ready bundles for both servers in the Releases section.
