Bitrix24 portal MCP server

MCP-сервер портала Битрикс24

Bitrix24's official per-portal MCP: an external agent uses OAuth or a token to read and change tasks, deals, meetings and mail

MCP serverOfficialEditors’ pick

High risk

We rate an entry high when the tool writes to external systems, handles money, production databases or secrets, or runs arbitrary commands. The CLI installs it only with your consent.

Why this level

  • Through OAuth or a token, the agent can change tasks, deals, meetings and send mail on behalf of the portal
  • Access runs within the authorized employee's rights, so a leaked token exposes the same rights

Install

In your terminal, with SkillFoxx CLI

npx skillfoxx add mcp/mcp-server-portala-bitriks24

Detects the agents on your machine, checks the risk and pins the version.

Other ways to install

This entry is high risk, so there is no one-click install. Review the code and add the config by hand.

Run in a terminal

claude mcp add --transport http mcp-server-portala-bitriks24 https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/

Or add to the file .mcp.json, in the project

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "mcp-server-portala-bitriks24": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"
    }
  }
}

If the file already exists, add the server inside the mcpServers key.

Add to the file ~/.cursor/mcp.json, for all projects

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "mcp-server-portala-bitriks24": {
      "url": "https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"
    }
  }
}

If the file already exists, add the server inside the mcpServers key. For a single project, put the same block into .cursor/mcp.json.

Run in a terminal

code --add-mcp '{"name":"mcp-server-portala-bitriks24","type":"http","url":"https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"}'

Or add to the file .vscode/mcp.json, in the project

{
  "servers": {
    "mcp-server-portala-bitriks24": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"
    }
  }
}

If the file already exists, add the server inside the servers key.

Run in a terminal

codex mcp add mcp-server-portala-bitriks24 --url https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/

Or add to the file ~/.codex/config.toml, for all projects

[mcp_servers.mcp-server-portala-bitriks24]
url = "https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"

If the file already exists, append the block to the end.

Run in a terminal

gemini mcp add -s user -t http mcp-server-portala-bitriks24 https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/

Or add to the file ~/.gemini/settings.json, for all projects

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "mcp-server-portala-bitriks24": {
      "httpUrl": "https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"
    }
  }
}

If the file already exists, add the server inside the mcpServers key.

Add to the file ~/.config/devin/mcp_config.json, for all projects

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "mcp-server-portala-bitriks24": {
      "serverUrl": "https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"
    }
  }
}

If the file already exists, add the server inside the mcpServers key. Legacy Cascade keeps the MCP config in ~/.codeium/windsurf/mcp_config.json.

Formerly Windsurf.

Add to the file cline_mcp_settings.json, for all projects

{

    "mcp-server-portala-bitriks24": {
      "type": "streamableHttp",
      "url": "https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"
    }
  }
}

If the file already exists, add the server inside the mcpServers key. Open the settings file in Cline: MCP Servers tab, Configure MCP Servers.

Add to the file .roo/mcp.json, in the project

{

    "mcp-server-portala-bitriks24": {
      "type": "remote",
      "url": "https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/"

Text for your agent

The portal administrator enables integrations under Apps, MCP connections, then for ChatGPT or Cursor selects OAuth and signs in to the Bitrix24 account, and for Yandex AI Studio or n8n clicks Get connection token and pastes it into the MCP server settings with the address https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/.

This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.

What it does

This is a separate server from the REST API documentation MCP: it connects external AI systems, such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Yandex AI Studio or n8n, directly to a specific Bitrix24 portal's data rather than to API reference material. Through OAuth (for ChatGPT and Cursor) or a token an administrator issues under MCP connections (for Yandex AI Studio and n8n), the external agent gets access to tasks, CRM deals and pipelines, the calendar, company structure, mail, and creating events from emails. Bitrix24's own assistant Marta runs on the same MCP without manual setup.

Who it is for. For Bitrix24 companies on the BitrixGPT + Marketplace subscription who want to connect an external AI agent to their portal's live data.

Good fit when

  • You want an external agent to find and update tasks, deals or meetings in Bitrix24
  • You want to connect a specific portal directly to ChatGPT, Cursor, Yandex AI Studio or n8n
  • You need access scoped to a specific employee's rights rather than one shared service key

Not a fit when

  • The portal has no BitrixGPT + Marketplace subscription: without it MCP connections are unavailable
  • You just need REST API reference for writing your own code: that is the separate mcp-dev.bitrix24.com/mcp server
  • The portal administrator has not allowed integrations in MCP settings: without that the connection will not work

Example request

Find my overdue tasks in Bitrix24 and show deals in the negotiation stage

Limitations

MCP connections on a bitrix24.ru portal require the BitrixGPT + Marketplace subscription and prior approval of integrations by the administrator. The help articles do not publish a full list of available methods or permission boundaries for each authorization method. OAuth fits ChatGPT and Cursor, a token from the MCP connections section fits Yandex AI Studio and n8n, mixing the two for one client is not described.

How to disable. Revoke the connection under Apps, MCP connections in the Bitrix24 portal, and remove the integration from the external AI system's settings.

Security check

  • Through OAuth or a token, the agent can change tasks, deals, meetings and send mail on behalf of the portal
  • Access runs within the authorized employee's rights, so a leaked token exposes the same rights

README in short

Bitrix24's help center explains the portal MCP server as a way to manage Bitrix24 from a chat with an external AI system with no install: the user authorizes right inside the conversation with the Marta assistant or another agent. A separate article on connecting external systems names the exact address https://mcp.bitrix24.tech/mcp/, two authorization methods (OAuth for ChatGPT and Cursor, a token for Yandex AI Studio and n8n) and step-by-step instructions for both. It lists what the assistant can do: work with tasks, deals and pipelines, departments and teams, mail, and creating events from emails, all within the user's rights and the BitrixGPT + Marketplace subscription.

FAQ

How is this different from the REST API MCP server?

The mcp-dev.bitrix24.com/mcp server serves REST API reference for developers, while this server gives an external agent direct access to a specific portal's data: tasks, deals, meetings.

Do I need a separate subscription?

Yes, on a bitrix24.ru portal MCP connections run under the BitrixGPT + Marketplace subscription.
