In the YooKassa personal account, under shop integration and access settings, issue an MCP server key for the test shop first, put the server address and key in the agent configuration, verify it on test data, and only then switch to the real shop's key.

What it does
YooKassa connects an agent to its payment infrastructure through MCP. The agent can build invoices and payment links right in a conversation, check a payment's status, pull refund data and export a list of operations by given criteria. The key for the server is issued in the personal account and revoked there with one click. The company states directly that the agent prepares a payment scenario but cannot complete a real money movement without a person acting.
Who it is for. For merchants and sellers accepting payments through YooKassa who want to issue invoices and check payments through an agent without opening the dashboard.
Good fit when
- You want to quickly send a customer a payment link right from a chat
- You need to check a payment or refund status without opening the dashboard
- You need a list of operations for a period, filtered by conditions the agent applies
Not a fit when
- You need the agent to initiate money transfers itself: this is not supported, a person always completes the payment
- You have no test shop to try it first: the docs advise connecting with a test-shop token before going live

YooKassa does not publish one public MCP endpoint address, the key and connection address are issued individually in the shop's personal account, under integration and access settings. A full tool list and detailed technical documentation were not found in public sources at the time of review, only announcement material is available. In a test shop some features, such as issuing invoices, are unavailable.
How to disable. Revoke the MCP server access key in the YooKassa personal account and remove the server from your MCP client configuration.
