What it does
The server gives access to the TehProf Support SaaS helpdesk (a Kazakhstani platform for IT companies) at support.tehprof.kz with no install: the agent connects to a ready HTTP endpoint. Its 36 tools are gated by plan: knowledge base, onboarding, demo tickets and a pricing calculator are free with no key; your own API key unlocks ticket listing and creation, SLA analytics, automation, and, on the top tier, a Bitrix24 CRM proxy for contact search, deal lists and tasks linked to tickets. You can also self-host the server on your own network, pointing it at your TehProf Support backend.
Who it is for. For IT companies on TehProf Support who want to manage tickets and sync them with Bitrix24 CRM through an agent.
Good fit when
- You already use TehProf Support and want to work with tickets from a chat with an agent
- You need proxy access to Bitrix24 contacts and deals without setting up a separate webhook
- You need SLA analytics and automation rules for tickets through MCP

- You have no TehProf Support account: only demo tools and the knowledge base work without one
- You need direct Bitrix24 access without a helpdesk layer: a dedicated Bitrix24 MCP server is simpler

The Bitrix24 CRM proxy is available only on the Business plan. This is a third-party commercial SaaS product (support.tehprof.kz), not a purely open project: the code is on GitHub, but the service itself is paid. Secrets are stored in HashiCorp Vault on TehProf's side, not the user's.
How to disable. Remove the tehprof-support entry from your MCP client config and revoke the API key in the TehProf Support dashboard.

No, you can connect to the ready remote endpoint; self-hosting is described separately as an option for your own network.
Does it work without a TehProf Support account?
