How we reviewBroad accessThe tool can change data, run commands or handle secrets.

What it does
Tilda hosts the MCP server itself at https://tilda.ru/api/mcp/. An agent connects over HTTP and sends a key from the Tilda profile in the Authorization header. When creating the key, the account owner chooses full or limited access, a project and an expiry. The server opens three areas to the agent. In the page editor it creates pages, adds and removes standard blocks, builds Zero Block layouts, turns ready HTML into blocks and publishes the site. In Feeds it creates feeds, sections and posts and controls their publication. In the product catalog it edits products, prices, stock, sections, attributes, discounts, orders and the loyalty program. The agent lists every available tool on request. It checks the connection by calling get_projects, which returns the account's projects.
Who it is for. For owners of Tilda sites and online stores, marketers, designers and content managers who want an agent in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Copilot to handle bulk edits, posts and page building. A Personal or Business plan is required.
Good fit when
- You need to raise or cut prices in a catalog section, start a discount or update stock from a list
- You want a series of Feeds posts written, published and shown as tiles on a site page
- A ready HTML mockup has to move to Tilda as standard blocks and Zero Block so it stays editable in the editor
- One block, such as an FAQ, has to appear on every page of the project
- Product descriptions and attributes need filling in across the whole catalog
Not a fit when
- The site is not built on Tilda: the server only works with projects in your Tilda account
- The agent runs in a browser, such as the cloud version of Claude or ChatGPT: the server connects only to agents installed on a device as an app
- You need open code or a local install. Tilda hosts the server itself, and the tilda-mcp projects on GitHub come from third-party authors with no link to Tilda
- You have no time to review the agent's work: Tilda expects a person to check the result and adjust the task in the chat
Example request
Add a block with five delivery questions above the footer on every page of the project, show me the result and publish once I check itMCP

Limitations
The server is in beta. Tilda plans to add modules, so the tool set will change.
A key is shown only once, at creation. Expiry ranges from one hour to never. It cannot be changed later, so for a different term you delete the key and create a new one.
The agent acts on behalf of the key owner. Page text, products and orders it reads go to the agent's model and reach that model's provider. The server on tilda.ru is reachable from Russia; whether the agent works there depends on its provider's rules.
How to disable. Delete the key in your Tilda profile under MCP server, and the agent loses access to your projects. Then remove the tilda server from the agent's settings: in Claude Code with claude mcp remove tilda -s user, in Codex by deleting the [mcp_servers.tilda] section from ~/.codex/config.toml.
FAQ
How do I connect Tilda MCP to Claude Code, Codex or Cursor?
In your Tilda profile open MCP server, click New key and pick your agent in the connection window. It offers a ready prompt and a manual command for the chosen agent; in both you replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your key. In Codex the server goes into ~/.codex/config.toml under [mcp_servers.tilda], and the connection is checked by calling get_projects.
Which Tilda plan do I need for MCP?
Personal or Business; the free plan does not support MCP. According to https://tilda.cc/ru/pricing/ as of October 10, 2026, Personal costs 500 roubles a month billed yearly or 750 roubles month to month, Business 1,000 and 1,250 roubles.
Does Tilda MCP work in the browser version of Claude or ChatGPT?
No. Tilda's help center allows only agents installed on a device as an app. For ChatGPT it points to the app in ChatGPT Work or Codex mode.
How is the official server different from tilda-mcp on GitHub?
Tilda hosts the official server itself, and it works with a key from your profile. As of October 10, 2026, Tilda Publishing has no public repositories on GitHub. The open tilda-mcp projects come from third-party authors and go through the public API or a browser session.
How do I give the agent only some rights?
When creating the key choose limited access and tick the modules and actions you need, then set the project and term. Access settings can be changed later with Edit next to the key.
Can the agent change prices, stock and orders?
Yes, if the key gives access to the product catalog. Tilda's own example is a catalog-only key: the agent changes prices and stock and cannot see pages or Feeds.
How do I revoke a key?
Delete it in your Tilda profile under MCP server. A key can be revoked at any time, and the agent then loses access to your projects.

README in short
The Tilda help center guide walks from the profile to a key: the MCP server section, the New key button, then access type, project and term. It offers to connect with a ready prompt for the agent or a manual command. In both cases you replace [YOUR_TOKEN_HERE] with your key. A separate example covers ChatGPT in Codex mode: the agent adds the server to ~/.codex/config.toml and after a restart checks the connection by calling get_projects.
