What it does

The server installs from PyPI and gives an agent 307 Wildberries Seller API methods across seventeen hosts: assembly tasks and supplies, seller analytics, product cards, advertising, digital goods, reviews, prices and discounts, finance, buyer chat, documents and returns. Of these, 187 are read methods, 108 are write, and 12 are irreversible. The server stores tokens and cabinet data locally in a file with 600 permissions, supports multiple cabinets, and lets you switch between them from the chat. The core and method catalog come as a dependency from the same author's marketplaces-mcp-ru package; this package installs Wildberries only.

Who it is for. For sellers and managers running a Wildberries store who want full seller API access from a chat with an agent.

Limitations

You need a Wildberries seller token with the right access scopes from the seller dashboard. Wildberries methods have varying and sometimes very strict rate limits, some capped at one call per minute. The token is sent in the Authorization header without a Bearer prefix, which can cause a misleading 401 if the client is misconfigured. 12 methods are irreversible.

How to disable. Remove the wb entry from your MCP client config and delete ~/.marketplace-mcp/cabinets.json if the cabinets are no longer needed.

How does this differ from marketplaces-mcp-ru?

Only in scope: this one installs Wildberries alone, while marketplaces-mcp-ru installs four marketplaces on the same core.

Why does auth fail with a correct token?

Usually because the server sends the token without a Bearer prefix, or an active cabinet in cabinets.json overrides environment variables.
