What it does
The repository is a fork of a large multi-domain claude-skills library (engineering, marketing, C-level advisory, compliance and more, unrelated to Russia), into which the author added five original 1C:Enterprise skills under engineering/: 1c-coding-standards paraphrases coding standards from the БСП library (module regions, naming, error handling), 1c-forms covers managed form XML structure and common pitfalls, 1c-http-services documents extension HTTP service MDO structure and handler patterns, 1c-reports covers report development via the data composition schema with ОтчетыУНФ patterns, and 1c-unf-structure is a detailed reference of the 1С:Управление Нашей Фирмой (UNF) configuration covering 751 catalogs, 348 documents and 18 HTTP services. The remaining 340-plus skills in the repo are unrelated to 1C or Russia and belong to the general upstream library.
Who it is for. For 1C developers on UNF or БСП-compatible configurations who want reference on coding standards, forms, HTTP services and reports right in Claude Code.
Good fit when
- You need БСП coding standards when writing or reviewing BSL
- You need a reference on managed form XML structure and common pitfalls
- You work on a 1С:UNF configuration and need a reference for its objects and HTTP services
Not a fit when
- You only want the 1C skills: the remaining 340-plus skills in the repo are general and unrelated to Russia, so you either install the whole large plugin or copy the needed folders by hand
- You need an officially maintained source of БСП standards: the skill is a paraphrase, not the vendor original

The core of the repo is a fork of someone else's large library of 345 skills across unrelated niche domains, with nothing to do with 1C or Russia; the author's own contribution is just five 1c-* folders under engineering/. The 1c-reports/SKILL.md file has corrupted Cyrillic encoding (mojibake), making part of the text hard to read. The 1c-unf-structure reference is marked as captured from a specific configuration version on a given analysis date and may drift from newer UNF releases.
How to disable. Delete the engineering/1c-* folders from the clone, or if installed as a Claude Code plugin, run /plugin uninstall and remove the marketplace.

Is this official 1C or БСП material?
No, it is one author's paraphrase of standards and structures, not the vendor's official documentation.
Can I install only the 1C skills?
The plugin formally installs as a whole via /plugin install, but the engineering/1c-* folders can be copied by hand into .claude/skills without the rest of the library.
