What it does
The repository holds only the marketplace manifest; the skills live in the author's separate repositories, pinned to exact commits. legal-ru helps a founder with trade secret regimes and NDAs, construction and work contracts from the contractor's side, personal data, corporate decisions and pre-trial claims. patent-ru runs prior-art search through the Rospatent API and helps draft and edit invention applications under FIPS requirements. gost-ed-mashiny writes machinery operating manuals and passports under GOST R 2.610-2019 and 2.601-2019 and audits them against TR CU 010/2011. A separate arbitrazh-ru plugin covers state commercial court procedure and a narrow set of general court disputes.
Who it is for. For founders and engineers who draft their own contracts, patent applications and technical documents under Russian rules.
Good fit when

How to disable. In Claude Code, remove the plugins and the ru-legal-skills marketplace via the /plugin menu. In Codex, remove the plugins with the standard codex plugin commands.
