What it does
The skill turns Claude into a senior 1C:Enterprise 8.3 developer and architect with three modes. Build mode walks through metadata design and analysis, code writing, and test and edge-case planning. Review mode audits existing code against a checklist covering correctness, concurrency, performance, standards, security and localization, grouped by severity. Conversion mode unpacks binary 1C files (.erf, .epf, .cf, .cfe) into XML and back via Designer's batch mode, ibcmd, EDT ring or OneScript, producing a ready script for Git and code review. All prose, plans and explanations are given in Georgian, while the code and queries stay in standard Russian-syntax BSL unless the user writes in English.
Who it is for. For Georgian-speaking 1C developers who want explanations and code review in their own language while working in standard Russian-syntax BSL.

Without the cc-1c-skills plugin installed, the skill does not assemble metadata XML artifacts itself and only hands back a ready script to run manually. The prose portion of answers is Georgian only and is not configurable. It is a small skill maintained by a single author.
How to disable. Delete the 1c-developer folder from ~/.claude/skills or the project's .claude/skills.
