What it does
The project scaffolds a new spec-driven 1C repository through copier, with tests under tests/features and entry points under scripts/ that stay independent of a specific runner: vrunner plugs in as an optional adapter rather than the foundation. The template ships over a hundred SKILL.md files under .agents/skills (Codex) and .claude/skills (Claude Code) covering dump and load of sources, creating and updating the infobase, building cf and cfe, and working with forms, roles, DCS templates and external processors. It includes a Windows PowerShell path, a three-tier CI (static checks, fixtures, a live run on a self-hosted runner) and a command to update a generated project from a newer template version.
Who it is for. For 1C teams who want a spec-driven project layout and a ready skill set for the agent instead of homemade instructions.

Needs Python, PowerShell and the openspec CLI installed. Requires the 1C platform and knowledge of its launch paths (designer, ibcmd). It does not parse env files or choose the platform for you: launch commands need tuning for your own setup. Single author, few stars, young project.
How to disable. Delete the .agents/skills and .claude/skills directories from the project, or disable individual skills through your agent settings.
