What it does
AWS Agent Skills gives a coding agent a set of skills for common tasks in the AWS cloud. Each skill is a ready instruction for a specific service area that the agent applies in your project. The set installs as a Claude Code plugin or through the marketplace for Codex, and individual skills can be added selectively. It is a way to give the agent domain knowledge about AWS without describing every task by hand.
Who it is for. For developers and DevOps engineers who work with AWS infrastructure and services through an agent.
