What it does

The skill helps the agent run user research end to end. It routes work by intent: draft a research plan, screener and interview guide, or turn transcripts into a report through a five-phase synthesis with a codebook, personas and prioritized findings. Planning and synthesis work on their own, on the agent's reasoning. The full cycle with real or synthetic participants, and multi-language quantitative surveys with conditional logic and respondent recruitment, run through the Cookiy AI service. The web app and this skill share one account, and studies and results sync between them.

Who it is for. For product managers, designers, researchers and founders who need to plan and analyze user research without leaving the agent.

Limitations

Planning and report synthesis work on their own, but interviews and quantitative surveys with participants run through the Cookiy AI service, which needs an account, billing and access to its API. Desktop Claude variants require enabling network access to the service domain. Availability of the service from Russia without a VPN is not verified; if it is unreachable, only the skill's offline capabilities remain.

How to disable. Remove the user-research plugin via /plugin or delete the skill folder from the agent's skills directory.
