1688-to-Ozon auto-listing pipeline
crossborder-ai-factory
A local 15-step pipeline plus a set of skills that takes a 1688 product all the way to an Ozon listing: category, attributes, images and upload via the API
High risk
We rate an entry high when the tool writes to external systems, handles money, production databases or secrets, or runs arbitrary commands. The CLI installs it only with your consent.
Why this level
- The pipeline's final step uploads the product to a live Ozon store via the API
- Requires Ozon Seller API keys and correct pricing setup; a mistake gets published to the storefront
Install
In your terminal, with SkillFoxx CLI
npx skillfoxx add skills/crossborder-ai-factoryDetects the agents on your machine, checks the risk and pins the version.
Other ways to install
Assembled automatically, review before installing.

On Windows, give Codex the jlcglobal/jlc-global-ozon-auto-listing repository address and have it run scripts/setup_windows.ps1; the workbench then sets up dependencies and the UI itself.
Other ways from the author
powershell -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\scripts\setup_windows.ps1Script from the README for Windows 10/11, checks and installs Git, Python, Node.js and the Codex CLI via winget.
This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.
What it does
The project builds a workbench that runs a collected product through 15 steps: validating source input, product analysis, matching Ozon category and attributes, variant checks, pricing, generating Russian copy and tags, planning and generating images with quality control, and uploading to Ozon via the API with per-store isolation. The two most creative steps, listing design and image generation, are delegated to Codex skills under .agents/skills. A separate Edge extension collects data from 1688 product pages.
Who it is for. For cross-border trading teams listing 1688 products on Ozon at scale who want to automate listing preparation.
Good fit when
- You want to move a product from a 1688 listing to an Ozon upload through one process
- You need Russian copy, tags and generated images matching category requirements
- You run several Ozon stores and need per-store publication isolation
Not a fit when
- You need a one-off listing rather than a running pipeline: the setup is overkill
- You do not have the Codex CLI: two pipeline steps delegate specifically to it
- You want a managed cloud service rather than a local run on Windows or your own server
Example request
Run the collected product in products/1234 through the full pipeline up to uploading it to my Ozon storeLimitations
Windows install pulls winget, Git, Python, Node.js and the Codex CLI via a dedicated script, and the frontend build is mandatory or a fallback collector UI is shown. You need Ozon Seller API access and your own pricing and sourcing logic. The license is non-commercial (community edition), and the README and code are mostly in Chinese.
How to disable. Stop the workbench's local services and remove the skills from Codex's .agents/skills.
Security check
- The pipeline's final step uploads the product to a live Ozon store via the API
- Requires Ozon Seller API keys and correct pricing setup; a mistake gets published to the storefront
README in short
The README frames the project as a local 1688-to-Ozon pipeline rather than an ERP, gives a ready Windows install script via winget, and details all 15 steps across two stages (collection and feasibility, content and submission) with links to specific scripts and per-product output files. It separately explains the purpose of three similarly named Ozon attribute JSON files so they are not confused.
FAQ
Can I skip the frontend build and just run the source?
No, the README explicitly warns that without building dist, which is excluded from the repo via .gitignore, the service falls back to the old collector UI.
Are all steps automatic?
Almost all except two: listing design and image generation delegate to Codex skills, while the other 13 steps run as local scripts with no human step.
