What it does
The project is structured as a standard skill folder: SKILL.md, scripts and data, plus a self-contained scripts/retrieve.py CLI. Search is semantic, using e5-large vectors: questions can be asked in plain words, the engine searches by meaning, and it does not make up an answer when the corpus has none, saying so honestly. The corpus is built from official ITS documentation, the bp8doc database and the Accounting 8 in Examples book, about 62,000 fragments from 359 articles. The corpus and vector index are not stored in git; they are downloaded from a private GitHub Release via install.sh using an authorized gh CLI, and every answer comes with a link to its source article.
Who it is for. For accountants and 1C developers who need a precise answer on 1C:Accounting for Enterprise 8 methodology, with a link to the official ITS article, rather than the model's general reasoning.

The multilingual-e5-large embedding model is about 2.24 GB and downloads once on first query. It covers only 1C:Accounting for Enterprise 8, edition 3.0 methodology, not the full 1C product line.
