What it does
The skill leads the agent from source material to finished page images in a single handdrawn style. It first parses an article, notes, outline or file and extracts the narrative structure, then maps each page to a fitting semantic layout and locks one visual language. Each page is generated as a separate raster image with short Chinese captions baked into the picture. By default it produces a 21 to 9 cover and 16 to 9 illustrations, and for several pages it assembles a contact sheet for quick review. This is not an editable PPTX or a PDF export, but a set of PNG pages. You can also ask for a plan only, without generating images.

Output is PNG images only; editable PPTX and PDF are not produced, though such files can be read as input. An image generation model is required: ChatGPT Image 2.0 is recommended, otherwise the best available model is used. Chinese text in images is more stable when short; the model may err on letters and labels, so pages are meant to be regenerated and the best one chosen. The style relies on the author's built-in reference.
How to disable. Remove the ian-handdrawn-ppt folder from the Codex skills directory, usually ~/.codex/skills/.

FAQ
Can I get an editable PPTX?
No. The output is PNG pages only. PPTX and PDF are read as input but not produced.
Which model is needed for generation?
ChatGPT Image 2.0 is recommended. If it is unavailable, the best available model is used, ideally the same one across the whole set.
