What it does

The set gathers reference skills for the Oracle ecosystem in one repository, split by domain. The db domain covers SQL and PL/SQL, administration, performance, security, migrations, SQLcl, ORDS, the vector database and agent-safe database operations. The oci domain describes Oracle Cloud Infrastructure: Functions, Kubernetes Engine, the IoT Platform and enterprise AI. The graal domain covers GraalVM Native Image, while the fusion and apex domains are entry points for future skills. Each domain is a SKILL.md file with a routing table from which the agent reads only the section it needs, and the material is backed by official Oracle documentation.

Limitations

The db, oci and graal domains are populated, while fusion and apex are minimal stubs for now. The db domain targets Oracle Database 19c as the baseline compatibility level, and some features need newer releases. Several oci skills ship deploy and troubleshooting scripts; running them and cloud access remain the user's responsibility.

How to disable. Disable or remove the domain plugins via /plugin, or delete the copied skill folders from the agent's skills directory.
