What it does
A collection of several dozen SKILL.md skills the author assembled for Claude Code, Codex and other skills-aware agents. Most of them target short-video production: topic selection, scripts and titles, voice cloning, a digital avatar, video download and editing, subtitles, covers and motion graphics, plus frame-by-frame quality control of the render. A separate group covers coding tasks. It installs as a plugin through the Claude Code marketplace or with the npx skills command, all at once or one skill at a time. Some skills rely on external services and models that you connect separately.
Who it is for. For short-video creators, social media managers and marketers who produce content together with an agent.
Good fit when
- You need a pipeline for a short video: from topic and script to editing and cover
- You need to clone a voice or build a digital avatar for clips
- You need to download a clip and rework it into your own script

- You need a one-off tip without installing a set of skills

The skill texts and references are mostly in Chinese. Many skills need third-party tools and paid services: image generation, speech synthesis and voice cloning, video download, each with its own keys and accounts. Several services are built for Chinese platforms. The manifest lists the license as CC-BY-NC-4.0, so use is limited to non-commercial terms.
How to disable. Uninstall the plugin via claude plugin, or remove the copied skill folders from .agents/skills/ or .claude/skills/.

The README describes a set of dozens of skills by the author known as 雪踏乌云 for SKILL.md-aware agents. The skills split into content production and coding; for video there is topic selection, scripting, titles, voice cloning, an avatar, download and editing, subtitles, covers and motion graphics. Installation goes three ways: the Claude Code plugin marketplace, the npx skills command for Codex and Claude Code, and manual folder copying. FAQ
Do I have to install every skill?
No. You can install only the folders you need through the marketplace or copy them manually.
What is needed beyond the set itself?
Many skills need external services and keys: image generation, speech synthesis, video download. The base install works without them, but those features are skipped.
