What it does
The skill teaches the agent to run a T-E-E-A structured SEO audit grounded in signals from the 2024 Google Content Warehouse API leak and the DOJ vs. Google case, rather than guesses about ranking. Separate references cover the ranking pipeline and Q*/P*/T* attributes, title and candidate competition, contentEffort and entities, semantic-cocoon structure with internal linking, a schema.org and E-E-A-T minimum, and Yandex specifics (Webmaster, MPK, behavioral factors, IndexNow, penalties). A separate rkn-152fz.md file covers launching a site in Russia: the data-processing policy, consents, server requirements and Roskomnadzor notification, and fines. The included seo-audit.py script checks a static site export with no Claude call: duplicate and oversized titles, missing description or canonical, extra H1s, thin pages, JSON-LD coverage, and orphan pages from the internal-link graph, with CI-friendly exit codes.

The 152-FZ and Roskomnadzor section is an engineer's practical summary, not legal advice; the law changes and filings need a lawyer's review. The seo-audit.py script only analyzes a static site export, not a live URL. Some ranking-attribute interpretations draw on a third-party book, whose content is not reproduced in the repository itself.
How to disable. Delete the ~/.claude/skills/ru-seo folder, or .claude/skills/ru-seo in the project.
