What it does
The skill compiles a reference for the Yandex Maps JavaScript API v3 (ymaps3): script loading and the API key, the longitude-latitude coordinate order that differs from Leaflet and Google, the YMap class, layers and data sources, markers, controls, YMapListener events, hints and popups, the @yandex/ymaps3-clusterer marker clusterer, themes and geolocation, plus the React and Next.js reactify pattern with an SSR-safe dynamic import. A separate file covers the related HTTP APIs: Geosuggest for address autocomplete, forward and reverse geocoding, place search and route building, each with its own key. It also covers polygons and route lines, draggable markers, viewport-based marker loading and v2-to-v3 migration.
Who it is for. For frontend developers embedding Yandex Maps into a web, React or Next.js application.

# Yandex Maps JavaScript API v3 (ymaps3)
The modern (v3) Yandex Maps web SDK. Vector-first, promise-based, modular
(extra features loaded via ymaps3.import('@yandex/...')), with a first-class
React wrapper (reactify).
THE #1 GOTCHA: Yandex v3 uses [longitude, latitude] order
everywhere (center, coordinates, bounds). This is the OPPOSITE of
Leaflet/Google ([lat, lng]). Mixing them puts Tashkent in the ocean.

Why does the map show the wrong place?
The coordinate order is most likely swapped; v3 uses [longitude, latitude] everywhere, unlike Leaflet and Google's [latitude, longitude].
Does one key cover everything?
No, the search, geocoder and routing HTTP APIs each have their own separate key, in addition to the map JS API key.
