What it does

The repository collects CLAUDE.md templates with a multi-file memory-bank system, hook configuration and slash commands for Claude Code in one place. The kit includes ready-made skills such as image generation, consulting Codex or Z.AI, breaking tasks into subtasks, and auditing session metrics, plus subagent templates. Files are copied into a project directory, after which /init fills the memory system in for that specific codebase. It also documents a devcontainer setup that bundles Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and other CLIs into one isolated environment.

Who it is for. For developers who want to quickly set up Claude Code on a project with a memory system, hooks and subagents, without building it all from scratch.

Good fit when

  • Starting a new project and you want a CLAUDE.md memory structure from day one instead of one big file
  • You need ready hooks for notifications or git worktrees in Claude Code Desktop
  • You want a set of skills for common tasks: consulting another model, breaking down tasks, session metrics
  • You need an isolated devcontainer with several CLI agents at once

Not a fit when

  • You already have a working CLAUDE.md and hooks setup and do not want to change it
  • You are not on macOS — some hooks, such as Terminal-Notifier notifications, are built specifically for it

Limitations

This is not a package with an install command, but a set of files meant to be copied by hand and adjusted for your project. Some hooks in .claude/settings.json rely on the macOS Terminal-Notifier utility and need editing or removal on other systems. Some skills, such as consulting Z.AI, assume a separate paid subscription.

How to disable. Delete the copied CLAUDE.md, .claude/settings.json files and the .claude/skills and .claude/agents folders from your project.

No, it is the author's personal kit, built following Anthropic's own CLAUDE.md guidance, with several template variants and a migration guide between them.
