What it does
The module installs into a 1C-Bitrix site's admin panel and runs an MCP server per the official spec, linking a development agent directly to the site. The agent gets Bitrix Framework documentation as an MCP resource, tools to read the environment (OS, PHP, database, installed Bitrix modules), core function search by index and via Reflection with source and PHPDoc, and vector search over the documentation (needs a separate embedding service). Separate tools let the agent run arbitrary PHP code, shell commands and SQL queries directly on the site's server, and before/after events for these actions can be intercepted with custom code. The module is published in the official 1C-Bitrix Marketplace but built by a third-party author, not Bitrix itself.
