What it does

The server gives an agent 21 tools for the Bitrix Framework core, meaning 1C-Bitrix Site Management, not the Bitrix24 CRM. LiveAPI reads platform module PHP files on the vendor's own server and can list 53 modules, find a function or method by name among ninety thousand plus, show a function's full code with PHPDoc, a class's methods and constants, its inheritance hierarchy, where a function is called, and a module's dependency structure. Separate tools search Bitrix Framework documentation and report the current environment's PHP version, OS and module list. The server is public, runs over Streamable HTTP with no authorization, and is rate-limited to 10 requests per second per IP.

Who it is for. For 1C-Bitrix Site Management developers who need the platform's exact function and class code right in the agent's answer, without manually digging into the source.

Limitations

The server is public and shared by everyone, with no private environment, so it cannot serve a project's own custom module code. It is WTFPL licensed, meaning the author disclaims responsibility for availability or quality. A 10 requests per second per IP rate limit can slow down bulk requests. The author describes it as built for old and simple agents, so ongoing stability and development are not guaranteed.

How to disable. Remove the bitrix entry from your MCP client config; the server is remote and installs nothing locally.
