What it does
The server wraps the public Kontur Elba API (an accounting service for sole proprietors and small businesses) in agent tools: organizations and bank accounts, creating and searching counterparties, products and services with updates, bills and acts, delivery notes in the universal transfer document format, document links and document-news subscriptions. Long-running operations are tracked with a separate task-status tool. It runs as a Docker container, which Claude Desktop launches via docker run with the API key in an environment variable.
Who it is for. For sole proprietors and small companies on Kontur Elba who want to create bills, acts and delivery notes from a chat with an agent.
Good fit when

The README does not describe how to obtain the ELBA_API_KEY or the API limits. There is no ready image on Docker Hub or GHCR, it must be built locally. No tax or fund reporting, only documents and counterparties. Small project, the README does not show the full tool parameter schema.
How to disable. Remove the elba entry from claude_desktop_config.json; the local Docker image can be removed with docker rmi.
