What it does
The server runs locally over stdio and calls the official Elba Public API for Kontur.Elba, sending the key only in the X-Kontur-ApiKey header. It only allows operations described in the bundled OpenAPI schema, not arbitrary requests. There are four tools: a searchable list of allowed operations, a description of one operation with its request body and responses, a quick list of organizations by key, and a generic call to any schema operation. Before creating or changing data the agent is expected to fetch the operation description first to get the exact request body shape. Through the generic call it can create bank accounts, counterparties, products, invoices, acts, waybills and UPD documents.
Who it is for. For sole proprietors and small companies who keep records in Kontur.Elba and want an agent to handle routine counterparty and document tasks.
Good fit when

It needs your own API key from Elba settings, available on a paid plan with API access enabled.
How to disable. Remove the elba-kontur-mcp block from your MCP client config and revoke the ELBA_API_KEY key in Elba service settings.

Can the server run any request against Elba?
No, only operations listed in the bundled Elba API OpenAPI schema; arbitrary routes and URLs are rejected.
How do I know which fields a document needs?
Call elba_describe_operation for that operation first; it returns the exact parameters and request body shape.
