Access and checks
How we reviewExtended accessThe tool runs code or makes network calls and only reads external data.
- Requests go to the third-party HasData service, and every call spends credits
- The response may contain personal data of public personal profiles
This is third-party code. Review the repository files before installing.
What it does
The server reads a public Facebook page or profile by name (username, @username or numeric id) through the paid HasData API. The response has the name, category, description, the number of likes and of people talking about the page, the follower count, contacts (phone, site, address, owner with a verification flag), photos and a post feed with reactions. No Facebook account and no Meta app are needed. There is one tool: hasdata_facebook_profile_getFacebookProfile. The server writes nothing to Facebook.
Who it is for. For marketers, analysts and sales managers who need to quickly collect data on a company's public page: audience, contacts, activity.
Good fit when
- You need to check the audience and activity of a company's public page before cooperating
- You need to collect the contacts a page shows publicly
- You need the latest posts of a page with reactions for a competitor review
Not a fit when
- You need to manage your own Facebook account or publish: the server only reads
- You need private accounts and groups: they are not supported
- You need data about private people: the tool does not tell a business page from a personal profile
Example request
Show the company page profile: follower count, contacts and the three latest posts with reactionsMCP

Limitations
The server is paid: every successful call costs 10 HasData credits. According to the README on 05.10.2026 the free plan gives 1000 credits a month without a card (that is 100 calls, one request at a time), and paid plans start from 59 dollars a month for 200,000 credits; prices change. A page that does not exist or is closed returns a 200 response with an error field, and the call is still charged. The first feed page has one post, then three at a time through a token. Facebook image links are signed and stop working over time. Contacts appear as the page gives them to a request. A public personal profile contains personal data, and collecting it is regulated by the personal data law (152-FZ): responsibility lies with the user. Requests go to the third-party HasData service, which is not affiliated with Meta. The README does not state availability of Facebook from Russia.
How to disable. Remove the server from the client settings (in Claude Code: claude mcp remove facebook) and revoke the key in the HasData dashboard.
