What it does

The server connects an AI assistant to the iiPodpis e-signature service at https://iipodpis.ru/api/mcp over Streamable HTTP, with one-click OAuth 2.1 login or a personal-account API key. The assistant can list and upload PDF documents, prepare a draft signing package with recipients and a delivery method (email or SMS), check a package's status, cancel an unconfirmed draft, check a counterparty by tax ID (self-employment status from tax authority data, a legal-entity or sole-proprietor record) and run a contract through a risk scanner at a free or paid tier. Sending to signers is always confirmed by a human on the website, and signing itself is done by the signer with a one-time code from an email or SMS that the assistant never sees.

Who it is for. For people who prepare documents for signing and check counterparties and contracts through an assistant, while keeping the final confirmation for themselves.

Good fit when

You need to quickly prepare a document for signing and send it to a counterparty by email or SMS
You need to check a counterparty's tax ID before a deal
You need a preliminary risk analysis of a contract before signing

Not a fit when

You need signing without human confirmation: the service is deliberately not built for that
You are not ready to pay for a full paid contract review or SMS signing beyond the free limit
Documents contain third-party personal data you are not authorized to share

Limitations

The server's source code is not published; the repository only documents the connection. Full contract review and SMS signing are paid, and if the balance runs low the assistant only gets a top-up link. Risk-scan and tax-ID check results go into the model's context, meaning they reach the AI provider you use. Daily limits apply to the number of packages, documents and invitations.

How to disable. Revoke the key or access in your iiPodpis account (Profile, "AI assistant" tab) and remove the server from your MCP client config.

No, sending is confirmed by a human on the website, and only the signer receives the signing code, the assistant never sees it.
