What it does

The server signs requests to the Mango Office API with HMAC-SHA256 using a key and salt from the account dashboard, and gives an agent six tools: call history for a period, an employee list, click-to-call outbound dialing, summary statistics, a link to a call recording, and sending SMS. Two ready Claude Code skills return a call report and today's statistics summary without extra parameters.

Who it is for. For sales and support team leads who use Mango Office cloud PBX and want call statistics and recordings through an agent.

Good fit when

  • You want a call summary for an hour, a day or another period without opening the dashboard
  • You need to quickly find and download the recording of a specific call
  • You want to start a call or send an SMS to a client right from a chat with an agent

Not a fit when

  • Your company does not use Mango Office
  • You need PBX or call-routing configuration rather than working with calls and SMS through the API

Limitations

The project has a single author and is part of the WWmcp series. The make_call tool starts a real call, and send_sms actually sends a message and spends account balance. The README does not describe request limits or API key permissions.

FAQ

Can the server call a customer on its own?

Yes, the make_call tool starts an outbound call between two numbers via commands/callback, which is a real action, not a read.

How are API requests signed?

HMAC-SHA256 using sign = HMAC(apiKey + json + apiSalt), documented in its own README section.
