What it does
A Python server provides 9 tools and picks the data source itself: without a token, quotes, candles, a screener, indices and coupons work through MOEX ISS with a 15-minute delay; with a T-Bank Invest token, real-time quotes, order book, dividends are added, and, if ENABLE_PORTFOLIO is explicitly set, account portfolio and operations too. Every response follows one contract with a source field, a stale flag for non-live data, and an explicit delay figure. The token is read-only, never appears in logs or responses, and account numbers are masked. A local SQLite cache has its own TTL per data type: the instrument directory for a day, closed-day candles indefinitely, quotes for 15 seconds.
Who it is for. For private investors and developers who want MOEX quotes and portfolio data in one format with no risk of an accidental trade.

Portfolio and operations tools are not registered until ENABLE_PORTFOLIO is set to true; by default the server only sees the market. Without a token, data comes from MOEX ISS with a 15-minute delay. T-Bank Invest's TLS certificate is issued by a Russian certification authority, and a verification error on Windows requires installing the Ministry of Digital Development root certificate. The README and instructions target Windows (PowerShell, C:\ paths), though the code itself is cross-platform.
How to disable. Remove the market entry from claude_desktop_config.json and delete the .env file with the token; to disable the portfolio, just remove ENABLE_PORTFOLIO.
