What it does

The server works with the Tochka Bank API using a JWT token from the online banking dashboard and covers more than thirty operations: account balances and details, statements and card transactions, transaction and counterparty lookup by tax ID, monthly incoming payments for tax reporting, invoice issuing and PDF download, closing document creation, payments and acquiring with capture, refund and fiscal receipts, recurring subscriptions, and API consent management. Creating a payment does not move money directly but returns a link to sign it in the bank. There is also a local invoice-payment tracker that checks status via the Tochka API or a statement and stores data locally in a file, plus a local goods catalog for quick invoicing. The package works both as an MCP server and as a CLI with JSON output.

Who it is for. For business owners and accountants banking with Tochka who want to manage balance, invoices and payments through an agent.

Good fit when

  • You want a quick balance check or to find a counterparty's bank details by tax ID
  • You need to issue an invoice, create a closing document, or track when an invoice gets paid
  • You need a report of monthly incoming payments by payer for tax purposes

Not a fit when

  • You do not have access to Tochka online banking to create a JWT token
  • You do not want to grant an agent payment and acquiring permissions: the token can be scoped to balance and statement reads only

Limitations

The project has a single author with no official affiliation with Tochka Bank. Outgoing payments and closing documents are created with a link to sign, not charged automatically, but acquiring capture and refund operations move funds immediately. The local payment tracker stores invoice data in an unencrypted JSON file on the user's disk.

How to disable. Remove the tochka-bank server from your MCP client config with claude mcp remove tochka-bank and revoke the JWT token in Tochka online banking.

FAQ

Can the agent withdraw money from the account on its own?

Creating a regular payment or closing document only returns a link to sign in the bank, it does not charge directly. But acquiring capture and refund operations move funds immediately if the token has that permission.

Where is the token stored?

Only on the user's computer, in an environment variable; the server never sends it anywhere except the Tochka API itself.
