What it does
The bank runs a remote MCP server at https://api.tochka.com/mcp. An agent connects with a JWT token issued in online banking and gets six tools over the same Tochka.API methods a regular integration uses: list of companies and sole proprietors, list of accounts, account details, balance of one or all accounts, statement generation, and creating a payment for signing. Statements are built asynchronously, so the agent first creates one and then fetches the result by its identifier. A payment reaches the recipient only after you sign it: the agent returns a signing link, and the payment also appears in online banking under "To sign".
Who it is for. For business owners, accountants and finance staff of companies and sole proprietors banking with Tochka who want to check balances, get statements and draft payments from a conversation with an agent.
Good fit when
- You need a quick balance for one or all of the company's accounts
- You need a statement for a period for reconciliation or a report
- The agent should draft a payment from bank details while a person signs it
Not a fit when
- The account is with another bank: the server only works with companies banking with Tochka
- You need acquiring, SBP, webhooks or invoicing: Tochka.API has these methods, but the MCP tool list does not include them
- The agent must work with several companies on one token: a token is bound to a single company

Environment variables
TOCHKA_JWT_TOKENrequired, secret- JWT key for LLM from Tochka online banking, passed in the Authorization: Bearer header
Limitations
One JWT token works with one company, a legal entity or a sole proprietor, and each needs its own. The token is issued in online banking under Integrations and API with the Create JWT key for LLM button, and the issue is confirmed by an SMS code. The agent's work falls under the Open API offer, and the main limit is no more than 1,000 requests per minute. The tools do not cover acquiring, SBP, webhooks or invoicing.
How to disable. Remove the tochka server from your MCP client configuration and delete the issued token in online banking under JWT keys.
FAQ
Can the agent transfer money on its own?
No. The tool creates a payment for signing and returns a link, money leaves the account only after you sign in online banking.
How do I limit the agent to read-only?
When issuing the token, grant permissions for account details, account information and statements, and do not grant Create and get payments.
What if the token leaks?
Delete it in online banking and issue a new one, as the bank's documentation advises.

README in short
The Tochka.API docs page on connecting an AI agent via MCP explains how to issue a JWT token in online banking and choose permissions, gives the server address and a Claude Desktop config example with an Authorization header. A table lists six tools with the permission each one needs, and a separate section shows the call order: companies, accounts, then the action by accountId. It ends with the 1,000 requests per minute limit and token safety rules.
