What it does
The server wraps the Yandex Wiki REST API and provides 10 tools: get the current user, fetch a page by slug or id, full-text search, list subpages, attachments and dynamic tables, and create, update or delete a page. The author explicitly states which tools were verified against the live API and which (create_page, delete_page) were reconstructed from validation errors and the Allow header without live testing. A separate section explains that a token's scope does not always gate Wiki access in practice and how to tell a permissions error from a readonly page.
Who it is for. For people who already run a Yandex Tracker MCP server and want a minimal, dependency-light server for reading and editing Wiki pages.
Good fit when

- You need write operations to be verified against the live API

create_page and delete_page were not verified against the live API, their behavior was reconstructed from validation errors. Search is not paginated and returns at most 10 results. Any POST to a page bumps modified_at even with no meaningful fields in the body. Installed manually by cloning the repo and running npm install, no published npm package.
How to disable. Remove the yandex-wiki block from ~/.claude.json or your MCP client's config.

FAQ
Does a Yandex Tracker token work?
In practice yes: the author verified that a token from an app with only Tracker scopes reads and writes to the Wiki without errors, even though the docs list separate wiki scopes.
Why are create_page and delete_page marked unverified?
The author states plainly that their schema was reconstructed from API validation errors and the Allow header, not confirmed against real data.
