What it does
The server works with Yandex Wiki pages: reading by id or slug, page subtrees, comments, resources and attachments, creating and fully updating pages or appending content to the top, bottom or an anchor, commenting, deleting with a recovery token and recovering via that token, and uploading local files in chunks. A separate block of tools, rare for servers like this, handles dynamic tables (grids): getting, creating, updating the title and sort order, deleting, copying to another page, adding and deleting rows and columns, updating individual cells, and moving rows and columns within the table. Grid write operations use optimistic locking by revision number where the Wiki API requires it. Every write tool can be disabled with the WIKI_READ_ONLY variable.

You need one of the WIKI_TOKEN or WIKI_IAM_TOKEN tokens and exactly one organization source, WIKI_ORG_ID or WIKI_CLOUD_ORG_ID. grid_copy returns operation metadata from the Wiki API rather than a ready copied grid object, which needs to be accounted for in workflows. grid_add_columns requires explicitly setting the required flag on every column, since the Wiki API itself enforces it.
How to disable. Remove the server from your MCP client config or stop the Docker container, or set WIKI_READ_ONLY=true to disable writes without removing the server entirely.
