What it does
The server installs via uvx as the yandex-wiki-mcp-server package and provides 12 tools: get a page by slug or id, list subpages, create, update and append to a page, delete it, read and add comments, list attachments, and get the current user. Authorization uses a Yandex Cloud IAM token instead of OAuth: the token lives up to 12 hours and must be refreshed with yc iam create-token, for which the author suggests a separate yt-refresh skill.

Yes, the server accepts both WIKI_* and TRACKER_* variables, with TRACKER_* used as a fallback when WIKI_* is not set.
How is the IAM token refreshed?
With yc iam create-token, the token lasts up to 12 hours. The author suggests automating this with a yt-refresh skill for Claude Code.
