What it does
The server connects to Bitrix24 through an inbound webhook and gives an agent tools for tasks (list, card, create, update, status changes, BBCode comments with mentions, checklists, kanban stages), CRM (deals, contacts, leads, timeline activities, Voximplant call statistics) and users with workgroups. A separate group of five tools downloads a call recording and transcribes it locally, with no cloud involved: a fast tier on GigaAM v2, a readable tier on Whisper large-v3, and a maximum tier that combines GigaAM, Whisper and pyannote speaker diarization. Timeline notes come with anti-clobber protection (create never overwrites an existing note without an explicit replace or append). The optional third-party knowledge base app also plugs in, with article reading, writing and its own GPT assistant, once a token is set.
Who it is for. For Bitrix24 sales and support teams who need not just tasks and CRM but call-recording transcripts without sending audio to the cloud.
Good fit when
- You need call recordings transcribed locally, without sending audio to an external service
- You need a full set of task and CRM tools with checklists and kanban stages
- You need a portal knowledge base integration and protection against overwriting timeline notes
Not a fit when
- You just need simple deal and task access without setting up Python environments for transcription
- You lack the resources to run Whisper or GigaAM models locally (several gigabytes of weights)
- You need business-process automation: there are no bizproc tools

Call transcription needs separate Python environments with torch, and the maximum tier also needs a HuggingFace token with accepted terms for the pyannote models. The knowledge base tools only work with the paid third-party app it targets. Bitrix24's native CoPilot call transcription is not exposed through the REST API at all, which is why the server downloads and transcribes recordings itself.
How to disable. Remove the bitrix24 entry from your client's .mcp.json, stop the server process, and revoke the webhook in the portal if needed.

FAQ
Can the server read call transcripts from Bitrix24 itself?
No, Bitrix24's own UI call transcription is not exposed through any REST method, so the server downloads the recording and transcribes it locally instead.
What do I need for the best transcription quality?
A heavy Python environment with GigaAM, faster-whisper and pyannote.audio, ffmpeg on PATH, and a HuggingFace token that has accepted the gated pyannote model terms.
