What it does

The Node.js server gives an agent thirteen `b24_*` tools for a Bitrix24 portal and connects in a minute through an incoming webhook, with no marketplace app and no OAuth. Reading uses `b24_portal`, `b24_search_deals`, `b24_get_deal`, `b24_find_contact` and `b24_tasks`. A deal card includes contacts with phones, the company, open tasks and timeline comments. A contact is found by phone in any format, by email or by name, together with its open deals. This server stands out in sales department analytics. `b24_pipeline_report` builds a pipeline report: stages, won and lost, conversion, average cycle and a manager ranking. `b24_stale_deals` finds deals unchanged for N days with no open tasks, largest first. `b24_tasks` splits open and overdue tasks by employee. Writing tools are marked with a pencil in the README: `b24_create_deal`, `b24_update_deal`, `b24_create_lead`, `b24_add_comment`, `b24_create_task` and `b24_complete_task`. The assistant should show what it will write and get consent. The server itself keeps to the REST limit of about two requests per second and retries on `QUERY_LIMIT_EXCEEDED`.

Who it is for. Heads of sales on Bitrix24 who assemble the pipeline by hand every week and hunt for stalled deals and managers' overdue tasks.

Good fit when

  • In the morning you wonder how sales are going this month and which manager closes better
  • You want deals with no movement for over a week and no tasks to review at the planning meeting
  • Before calling a client you prepare by finding them by phone and seeing open deals
  • A deal with a new contact, such as "Website for a cafe" for 90,000, is created with one phrase to the agent
  • A manager is assigned a task to call back tomorrow and a closed task is marked with a result comment

Not a fit when

  • You need access to the code, database and structure of an on-premise installation: the server works with webhook REST only
  • The webhook cannot be limited by permissions: the writing tools would get too much access
  • A report must cover more than 2,000 deals in a period: the pipeline report counts up to 2,000 and the stalled search up to 1,000 open
  • You need analytics on payments and products: the tools cover deals, leads, contacts and tasks

Example request

How are September sales going and which manager closes best? Show deals that have stalled for over a week.

Environment variables

BITRIX24_WEBHOOK_URL required, secret
Incoming webhook URL of Bitrix24.

Limitations

Node.js 18 or newer is required. The webhook is created in the developer section, "Incoming webhook", with `crm`, `task` and `user` permissions. It acts as the employee who created it and sees what they see, so store the URL like a password.

The REST limit for webhooks is about two requests per second. The pipeline report counts up to 2,000 deals per period and the stalled search looks at up to 1,000 open ones. The on-premise Bitrix24 is supported, with the webhook URL on your own domain.

`npm test` runs on a REST mock, so no real portal is needed. The repository states no license. The server starts from GitHub through `npx`, so the version comes from the default branch.

How to disable. Remove the server with `claude mcp remove bitrix24` and delete the incoming webhook in Bitrix24: the URL then stops working.

FAQ

How do I connect this server to Claude Code?

Create an incoming webhook with `crm`, `task` and `user` permissions and run `claude mcp add bitrix24 -e BITRIX24_WEBHOOK_URL=https://your-portal.bitrix24.ru/rest/1/abc123xyz/ -- npx -y github:penmadebykisss/bitrix24-mcp`. For Claude Desktop the same launch goes into `claude_desktop_config.json`.

What does the pipeline report show?

Pipeline stages, the number of won and lost deals, conversion, the average deal cycle and a manager ranking. The report takes up to 2,000 deals for the chosen period.

How do I find forgotten deals?

Call `b24_stale_deals`: the tool looks for open deals unchanged for N days with no open tasks, largest amounts first. Up to 1,000 open deals are scanned.

Which tools change data?

`b24_create_deal`, `b24_update_deal`, `b24_create_lead`, `b24_add_comment`, `b24_create_task` and `b24_complete_task`. The assistant should show what it will write and get your consent, so do not turn off confirmations in the client.

Does the server work with on-premise Bitrix24?

Yes. The webhook is created on your own domain and all tools use ordinary REST. The server gives no access to code or the database.
