bitrix24-mcp
A Python server giving agents webhook access to a Bitrix24 portal: it reads deals and contacts, and writing is a separate setting

Extended access
Why this level
- The webhook opens the portal CRM: deals, contacts and tasks with customers' personal data
- With writing on, the agent creates and moves deals, and with `call_method` it can call any REST API method

What it does
The server opens a Bitrix24 portal's CRM and tasks to an agent through an incoming webhook. Read tools: `whoami` shows which user the webhook acts as, `list_deal_stages` returns pipeline stages, `list_deals` and `get_deal` search deals filtered by stage, pipeline, owner and title, `search_contacts` finds a contact by phone, email or name, and `list_leads` and `list_tasks` list leads and tasks. Writing stays off until `BITRIX24_READ_ONLY=false` is set in the environment. After that `create_lead`, `create_deal`, `move_deal_stage`, `add_deal_comment` and `create_task` appear. A deal is created in Kazakhstani tenge by default. A generic `call_method` for any REST API method is enabled by a separate variable, `BITRIX24_ALLOW_RAW_CALLS`. The server runs through `uvx` over stdio or in Docker with HTTP transport on port 8000. HTTP mode does not start without an `MCP_AUTH_TOKEN` and checks the Authorization header on every request.
Who it is for. Sales leads and Bitrix24 integrators who need a lightweight server that is safe by default and can enable writing later.
Good fit when
- You want to ask the agent about deals in the "Negotiation" stage without opening the pipeline in a browser
- A client calls and the manager asks to find the contact by number and show linked deals
- After a meeting the agent should assign a task to an employee and leave a comment in the deal timeline
- The portal sits on a regional domain such as bitrix24.kz and no ready connector fits
- You need the server in Docker for remote agents, with an access token and a reverse proxy
Not a fit when
- You need on-premise 1C-Bitrix with infoblocks and shop orders: the server talks to the cloud portal REST API
- You need funnel reports and a manager ranking: the tools return lists and cards only, the agent has to compile analytics itself
- The webhook cannot be limited by permissions: with writing on, the agent gets everything its owner can do
- You need per-employee OAuth sign-in: the server works with a single webhook only
Example request
Show deals in the "Negotiation" stage and find the contact with the number +7 701 123 45 67.MCP
- Transport
- stdio, http
- Authentication
- API key
Environment variables
BITRIX24_WEBHOOK_URLrequired, secret- Incoming webhook URL of the Bitrix24 portal.
BITRIX24_READ_ONLY- Defaults to true; false enables the write tools.
BITRIX24_ALLOW_RAW_CALLS- true enables the call_method tool for any REST API method.
MCP_AUTH_TOKENsecret- Bearer token, required for HTTP mode.
Limitations
The webhook is created in Bitrix24 under developer resources, "Incoming webhook". Limit permissions to `crm`, `task` and `user`. The webhook URL is secret: it lets anyone act in the CRM as the user who created it.
The project is unofficial and not affiliated with 1C-Bitrix. Python 3.10 or newer or Docker is required. A deal is created in tenge by default; set another currency in the request if needed.
The generic REST call is off. Enable it deliberately: it exposes any API method the webhook allows.
How to disable. Remove the server with `claude mcp remove bitrix24` and delete the incoming webhook in Bitrix24 so the URL stops working.
FAQ
How do I connect bitrix24-mcp to Claude Code?
Create an incoming webhook in Bitrix24 and run `claude mcp add bitrix24 -e BITRIX24_WEBHOOK_URL=... -- uvx --from bitrix24-mcp-server bitrix24-mcp`. Then ask the agent to show deals or find a contact by phone.
Can the agent change deals by default?
No. While `BITRIX24_READ_ONLY` is `true`, the server exposes read tools only. To let the agent create leads, move deals and assign tasks, set `BITRIX24_READ_ONLY=false`.
What permissions does the webhook need?
`crm`, `task` and `user` are enough. Do not grant more: the webhook acts as the employee who created it and sees what they see.
How do I run the server for remote agents?
Copy `.env.example` to `.env`, fill in `BITRIX24_WEBHOOK_URL` and `MCP_AUTH_TOKEN`, then run `docker compose up -d --build`. The endpoint is `http://127.0.0.1:8000/mcp` and the client sends an Authorization header with a Bearer token. Publish it outside only through a reverse proxy with TLS.
Can I call any Bitrix24 method?
Yes, but only after enabling it explicitly. Set `BITRIX24_ALLOW_RAW_CALLS=true` and the `call_method` tool appears for any REST API method the webhook allows.
