What it does

The repository offers two entry points to the same data. The api.tebiz.ru REST API returns Russian companies' FNS financial statements (revenue, profit, assets by year, filtered by INN) and 44-FZ procurement contracts (filtered by OKPD2 code), with cursor pagination, a 240 requests-per-minute limit and a monthly row quota. The MCP server at https://api.tebiz.ru/mcp/ connects through the mcp-remote bridge and gives the agent three tools: list_resources for the dataset list, describe_resource for a dataset's columns and filters, and query for the actual request with filters. The examples already embed a demo token limited to about fifty large companies and five OKPD2 codes; a full token covering 15 million companies is issued on the site.

Who it is for. For financial analysts, government-sector sales people and developers who need FNS financial statements and procurement data right in an agent chat or their own script.

Limitations

The demo token is embedded in plain text in the README and example code, limited to a demo dataset and not meant for production. Full access and its limits are paid, with exact pricing not stated in the README, only a link to the site. The MCP server is remote and runs through api.tebiz.ru; if the site is unavailable the tools stop responding.

How to disable. Remove the fssp block from mcpServers in your client config, and for the REST examples just delete the local repository copy.
